Chinola Mango adds juicy tropical fruit notes, while Salers Gentian Aperitif introduces bitter backbone and structure. Italicus Bergamot Liqueur rounds it out with floral and citrus complexity, resulting in a cocktail that is refreshing, aromatic, and anything but expected.

Ingredients

  • 3⁄4 oz Cilantro
  • 3⁄4 oz Chinola Mango
  • 3⁄4 oz Salers Gentian aperitif wine (should this not be accessible, Aveze is a great alternative)
  • 1⁄4 oz Italicus Bergamot liqueur

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with cubed ice.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Stir gently for 20-30 seconds.
  4. Strain into the chilled rock glass.
  5. Garnish with orange.
