Ingredients

  • 4.5cl Soka
  • 1.5cl Empirical Stonefruit
  • 1cl bay leaf dry vermouth*
  • 2 drops of absinthe
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters
  • Lime coin for garnish

Method

  1. Add all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes and stir untill sufficiently chilled and diluted.
  2. Strain into your martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a lime coin. * For the bay leaf vermouth, infuse 6-8 bay leaves in your dry vermouth at room temperature for 24 hours.
