CREATIVE MIXOLOGY

Ingredients

4cl The Plum, I Suppose
2cl Fino Sherry
2cl lemon juice
1cl simple syrup
Fresh mint leaves
Lemon zest for garnish

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
Add ice and hard shake.
Fine strain in a coupe.
Garnish with lemon zest.
