About the Cilantro Vesper

As striking in name as it is on the palate, the Cilantro Vesper leans fully into the layered flavor of Empirical Cilantro. Swapping out vodka for something with more presence gives the drink a stronger core, while its green aromatics weave through the citrus and botanicals of a London Dry gin. The result is a Martini variation that is stiff while also decidedly well composed.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Empirical Cilantro
• 3/4 oz London Dry Gin
• 3/4 oz Lillet Blanc
• Cubed Ice
• Lemon Swath to garnish

Instructions

Stir all ingredients until well chilled. Pour into a chilled coupe or Nick and Nora glass, gently express lemon oil across the top.
