Ingredients

4cl Ayuuk
2cl Px Sherry
1cl Manzilla Sherry
1 whole free-range chicken egg

Method

Add all ingredients to shaker.
Dry shake.
Fill shaker with ice.
Hard shake.
Fine strain over a large ice cube.
Add mace on top for garnish.
